It appears to be an item from the late 70s, and as expected the engraving has faded, but it has been cleaned several times at department stores and Tiffany flagship stores, so it is definitely authentic. It is small so it doesn't show up in the photo, but in addition to the Tiffany engraving, it is also engraved with ITALY and 925. It was definitely made in Italy at the time. It is about 7.1" long.
