The bag combines the classic retro look with professional sophistication and functionality. The bag is manufactured out of genuine full grain russet brown soft and pliable cowhide leather. The bag weighs approximately 2.0 pounds by itself and measures approximately 17.0”-18.0" across, 12.0”-13.0" tall and 3.0”-4.0" wide when empty. The bag is expandable and has the flexibility to extend a little wider when filled with your items of choice. The top of the satchel sports a pair of heavy-duty folded and sewn leather handles that can be securely held together with a hook and loop leather wrap for convenient and comfortable carry. On the outside the bag there is an approximate 16.0” wide and 8.75” deep open top document file storage compartment. Refer to description photos #7 and #8 for more details about what I have described. On the opposite side of the bags outside there is a 4.0” wide by 2.75” high open leather card holder suitable to slide a personalized identification card into. Refer to description photos #1, #10, #11 and #13 for more details about what the leather ID card holder I have described. The inside of the bag is natural leather. The top of the bag features a partially covered heavy-duty brass zipper and pull closure as depicted in description photo #15. On the inside there is a single leather wall-divider that actually creates two separate storage compartments as depicted in description photos #3 and #4. One side of the noted center leather divider has two additional smaller storage compartments seen in description photos #3, #4 and #5. Of the two noted smaller compartments, one is approximately 5.50” wide by 4.50” deep and has a zipper closure and the other is a 5.0” wide by 8.75” deep open-top pocket compartment. As clearly depicted in the description photos, the bag shows scattered surface scuffs, scratches and small inconsequential blemishes along with a few small unobtrusive stain spots from honest use over the years. The largest of the noted spots is not easily observable due to it being located on the very bottom of the bag. The subject spot is depicted in description photos #9 and #12. The aforementioned notwithstanding, all the noted blemishes are commonly associated with normal carry usage and in most instances are a desirable characteristic on vintage pieces of leather like this.
